Discover Migration is an Australian Immigration law and Advisory Service originally established in Melbourne, specialising in student, travel, partner, family, skilled migration, business-sponsored, investment visas as well as appeal for visa refusal and cancelation.
Registration and Affiliation
Our migration agent, Ms Mimii J Sumirattana (MARN 2117655), is registered with the Migration Agent Registration Authority (MARA) and Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). Mimii obtained her post-graduate qualifications in International Development and Migration Law. As an advocate who achieved the highest mark attained in Compliance and Review of Visa Decisions since the unit commenced, Mimii is passionate about assisting overseas clients to achieve their migration goals in Australia.
We regularly attend and complete Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to keep up with the constant changes in migration law. We are bound by the Code of Conduct which is a legal requirement under Australian Law, the Migration Act 1958
